This corporate stuff may be way over your head. Corporations will deal with just about anyone who can help their bottom line, PERIOD. I was involved in meetings with companies that were very small and didn't even have shares trading. Attorneys always had us sign that we were not allowed to trade their stock IF they were listed. NPD (New Product Development) thought it was easier to buy out a small company that could be privately held.
