During IPIX’s normal trading day there are only a very limited shares available. If you sell on these days they will get gobbled up quickly
because there is demand. The problem is that retail isn’t selling so there are wash trades for volume and naked short sales by the MMs to
deliver to buyers. The MMs have to provide shares to the larger brokerages like Ameritrade and E*TRADE, if they don’t they lose their business
in regards to IPIX for non delivery. MMs do this by brokering “air shares” then covering within a certain amount of time. The problem lies
when they can’t get those shares that they sold which were lent. Supply and demand doesn’t work here because there isn’t much supply and the
MMs are controlling the share price in order to maintain delivery.
Fast forward- Now MMs get word that MFO will be converting shares and putting shares on the open market. Now we see supply and demand. Once
supply was about to hit market we saw a 900k block on the buy. Why? This was to gobble up the shares before retail could. Management knows
MMs want whatever shares come to market and a strategically placed PR will create competition between MMs and retail so now we have legitimate
supply and demand economics.
Supply and demand works on normal stocks on different exchanges but the OTC is not a normal exchange and therefore why up is down, down is up,
left is right, right is left and nothing or everything happens in between.
The Friday action shows me that management needs more time and they obtained funds through the MFO for another quarter. They will do this until
they don’t need to.
This is also why the peanut gallery will poo poo any and all PRs that don’t show that the company obtained funds through deals or milestones.
This is done to dissuade competition to the shares they need and want. Once a deal is announced, milestone hit or major trial announcement,
we will see the peanut gallery change tune because the accumulation phase will be done.
There is no reason for negative commentary to anything above and negative commentary to it only shows that I’m saying something 100% true and
an elightened retail is not in their best interest.
