The most valuable thing is time. And can perfectly understand somebody wanting a profit sooner than later.
And, yes, the profit will increase if CYDY decides to pursue Oncology indications on its own.
I believe a happy solution would be a BO where CYDY shareholders are given shares of the buying company. So, everybody can make its own decisions based on their own circumstances and risk-tolerance.
For example, one share of GILD for 10 of CYDY (making it $6.57 per share of CYDY). Those who want to ride the rest of the road with GILD just keep them. The others will sell at market their GILD shares (or part of them). Just an example with GILD of course, same would work for any company that buys CYDY.
