Since Leronlimab may be used for multiple diseases, once the first use is approved by FDA the 12 year protection clock starts after which time other Companies can manufacture it also.
If my understanding above is correct and say HIV Combo is approved as first use in 2020 then we have sole rights until 2032.
Given that NASH, HIV Mono, GVHD and some Cancer trials maybe years away from trial completion (unless BTD given) the 12 year clock may have been running for a few years already implying potentially massive lost revenue.
