Nice to see AT&T at least running TV ads discouraging distracted driving. But we all know it will have little effect as the many laws passed against DD have had minimal benefit because they are unenforceable. The only way to effectively end DD is with technology. And it will probably take legislation to force its adoption. People may not like it but it would sure save lives. Talk to Bernie
