He’s saying that you’re getting 2:5 GNBT and 2:5 NGIO, so it’s sort of a 4:5.
I think it’s a pretty clever reward route, given that if we had continued down the 1:1 GNBT route, we may have ended up with pure dilution and no benefit.
I’ll take it with a smile and move on. I really want the divs to be a thing of the past, get both stocks trading up to NAZ, and spin up the businesses.
