I wouldn’t say that we are a threat to Zoom.....

I wouldn’t say that we are a threat to Zoom.....at least not yet. However, I would say we could potentially make a great partner with Zoom and be a fantastic addition to their offerings. And vice versa, their technology would make a great addition to ours. As we don’t know all the details yet, it is hard to say exactly what Verb Live’s capabilities are, but from the small amount we have seen and they have told us, it seems it is webinar software and not video conferencing software. The difference being that with webinar software it is one person talking to many, and with video conferencing it is many talking to many simultaneously.

Make no mistake, I am ecstatic with the small bit we know about the software, and I think this potentially could be a driving force for Verb’s growth going forward. And it could very well end up that we license the technology to Zoom or Microsoft, or Skype, or Facebook at some point. Or perhaps some behemoth buys Verb out at some point for it. But making sure we keep our expectations in check while we watch this company blossom.
