Is NP in your point of view not willing to give those investors a larger chunk rigth now? I mean, in the long term that would be tremendously helpful. Imagine they could receive $100m right now. Even if that meant 350m new shares, wouldn´t the dilution be worth it? With this money CYDY could proceed very quickly.
Nader's modus operandi has been to sell off small chunks to minimize dilution and in expectation of a higher share price. I figured that out even before I invested a dime. If it wasn't for the bad actors trying to stymie a share price rise, those selling in expectation of further warrant added raises and a need for an extended 2 million + share a day buying streak to overcome this, it would work.
Selling off 350 million shares to a large investor or consortium of investors would entail a hefty discount to the share price or possibly 1:1 warrants and terms such as seated board members that would effectively turn control of the company over to them. Given how VCs typically raid a company, expect a sell-off of the company at an extremely low price so they can reap immediate profits. Those deals are usually structured so the VCs reap the greatest reward and other stockholders get screwed further.
