Yes, CYDY purchased Pro-140 (now leronlimab) from PGNX for $3.5M and some milestone payments and royalties I believe. Dr. Maddon was the CEO of PGNX and developed Pro-140. I believe he still serves as a consultant for CYDY on occasion and NP has mentioned he has been pleasantly surprised by the mono and other developments of the drug. Additionally, PGNX will receive up to 5% royalty of net sales for 10 years, so Dr. Maddon / PGNX have interests aligned with shareholders to get leronlimab approved.
