This is what I thought also, the insider trading laws would suggest the only way Jordan can be buying is because there is no material non publicly disclosed news. If there was some pending deal, why would the company be raising funds at $.30 with warrants? It is really frustrating but it looks to me like the pause in the deal is going to lead to a few weeks at least of other deal negotiations. I am tired of this ever moving carrot being held in front of us.
On a more positive note, I means the CC must be about the BLA getting submitted and/or more patients in the tnbc. I would think there is more because they need to have more info that requires direct communication with a QA session needed. I am trying to think of how the FDA could delay this, but we have submitted a lot of data with multiple dosages all per their request. If this is to announce a delay then I can see huge backlash against the fda.
