I don't know what the heck Keer is talking about. I don't think he remembers his last lie! He contradicts most of what he says from a previous statement that he has made. Also, this is what he messaged me today, "ANDI has already been issued the dividends and it's up to ANDI to issue those dividends to shareholders, he has nothing to do with it, contact them".
I told Keer "that's not true, Shareholders were supposed to receive dividends in the form of SWS shares after he performed an IPO of which never happened". When that didn't happen, Keer told me "SWS would be acquired by another OTC company (of which he would not tell me which company that was, probably because they only existed in his mind), "and then we would get dividends in the form of shares in that company". However, that also did not happen. After that, he stated "SWS would be acquired under the publicly reported portion of a certain investment company he was working with and then we would get shares in that company". Today, he say's they are still going forward with that but has offered no dates for that to happen. So, Keer has nerve to say our dividends were already issued to ANDI a long time ago when that is virtually impossible, since he doesn''t even know what company those shares would be in. Keer is full of crap! Keer supposedly is a lawyer, you could have fooled me. Anyways, I don't think we are any closer to getting our dividends in the form of shares from somebody yet to be named!
