Vanguard Group. Many of you may have seen this inf

Recently seen that Vanguard Group was showing up as an institutional investor of roughly 400K shares. This is my current employer’s (Phillips 66 Company) retirement savings plan managing firm. After coming across various information on-line I decided to call for specifics.
As of now Vanguard Group has three funds with exposure to VERB. They are the following:
Total stock market index
Vanguard institutional Extended market index
Balanced index
I found out that via my retirement savings plan I currently have access to only the Vanguard Institutional Extended Market Index. This fund has positions on 3296 total stocks and VERB is one of those 3296. VERB is not one of the top ten positions in this fund. The Vanguard customer service Rep stated that the fund manager only lists the top ten stock holdings with position numbers and no other position totals could be seen as its the fund managers discretion what they want to show and what they don't want to show when it comes to exact numbers. I thought that odd but dismissed it as trivial nonetheless.
However, I was able to find info on-line that leads me to believe that the Vanguard institutional Extended market index holds right at 13K shares. The rest of the 400K being distributed among the other two funds obviously. While via my savings plan having access to what some may consider a small number of shares, along with 3295 others stocks and their various position numbers, it is still in my POV a huge leap forward from where we were a year+ ago and exactly what Rory promised to all of us.
I’m not sure about many of you but regardless of position size within the fund I’m ecstatic knowing that come Monday I will be shifting some of my retirement savings plan allocations to the index fund holding VERB so that not only as I accumulate shares into my personal investing accounts I will also be investing my 401K dollars into the future growth of VERB.
Hope this info helps everyone enjoy their weekend, I know it makes mine a little bit brighter than it already is going to be!
Cheers to all!
