I am expecting to hear that we have injected another mTNBC patient. NP was talking about the boost in interest he received after the first positive results. If we get news of more patients and maybe some data on the MiL or the earlier patient, that would be extremely positive for momentum, I think. I also expect news about dosing as we are getting near that time, and the FDA is better with timelines than NP.
Less happily, I suspect (without any evidence) that the deal has fallen through due to a lack of meaningful upfront cash and the likelihood that, if we have to wait until BLA submission (or, worse, approval) to see some cash, then we can can get better terms. I’m also betting that the BLA will be delayed until the new year, but NP won’t admit it during the CC.
