A patient can be in remission for years, even the rest of their life if they're on the right medication. So, does that mean they're "cured"? Not if they're taking meds for it imo but making it 100% manageable and not interfering with the patients life style is the goal. If brilacidin can make it even easier to manage to the point some of the forbidden food for UC patients can be brought back on the menu, well, to me, that would be incredible.
