The more tax loss sellers that can be coaxed out in the remaining 9 trading days the better.
They won't be able to buy back at any price for 30 days from their last sell.
That will be past the expected next run with the Jan 2020 catalysts - run up by those that loaded from tax loss sellers + the just announced late-Jan 2020 next business plan progress event.
