Not sure, feel free to correct this, but i think sellers on EBay are individuals perhaps re-selling used product.
Speaking of EBay.... i have a vintage Steiff Teddy Bear that i would consider parting with.... my veterinarian x-rayed him to document his authenticity... a very refined character... (the bear, and the vet, also)....
