Here's my take on that 4.8 mil ask after watching it come in every day for the last three days. At first I thought it was a block. But now I am thinking it might be someone having to sell a good portion or all of their shares and can't figure out if they put it out in smaller blocks, say 200K or 300K they might stand a chance of selling at the price they want. The amount of shares they have up equals the entire days trading.
I'm almost starting to feel sorry for who ever it is.
Which leads me to another point. Most of the people on this board are savvy enough to know how to sell when the time comes.
But there will be a few that will want to sell out immediately and could unwillingly negatively effect the PPS, at least momentarily.
When stocks are traded in the dollar(s) range, typically they are sold and bought in much smaller blocks than we are used to seeing here in penny land.
It will be interesting to see how shareholders respond initially when this takes off.
I might want to watch for a few days until the real knucleheads are out of the way.
