If they file their 10K to end June 30th, then July 1st begins their fiscal yr. If they file their 10K to end July 30th, then August 1st begins their fiscal year, which would then go into Jan 31 as end of 2nd quarter.
It depends on when the fiscal yr actually ends - end of Jun or end of July.
