The staff needs instruction on its benefits, how to install it, how to troubleshoot. If someone checks in at 10p.m. and has a problem understanding how to deal with the software, they're not going to want to wait until business hours the next day for the solution. Maybe Cino has a 24 hour help line.
Will customers think that this offer implies that this hotel's wi-fi is less secure than other hotels where it's not offered? It's possible I'm behind the curve and the traveling public is already up to speed on the situation.
