true true and true.....the s1 was and is being used strictly for the uplist.....so we had hurdles with the uplisting....we have to wait and see what happens (something Trump would say).....it would be great if the nasdaq just goes and announces the listing of the Cinderella of gnbt, wouldn't that take the cake.....
for some of you who do not know of gnbt history, generex was a Cinderella of nasdaq for many years in 2006 to 2009....it brought them a bunch of monies, during the bird flu craze....it may do again, but now as a legit company....
