Went back now and reread the quarterly transcript. I even posted this paragraph before and bolded something else. Having seen the demo at the end of the call and the technology, this paragraph potentially takes on additional meaning.
"At the end of the call, I’m going to introduce you to some of the exciting technological breakthroughs I’ve been referring to in my recent communications and showcase one of the products based on this technology that we’ll take to market next quarter, which we expect will have an impact on our growth and expansion plans in 2020 and beyond. This technology will also be part of our core technology package we are integrating into several of the larger players in the CRM space with whom we have executed partnership agreements. So, at the end of this earnings call, following the Q&A, I’ll provide a web address you can enter on the computer or mobile device to participate."

Could it be there are more?
This functionality will also be available for the large CRM players?
When Rory said this, figured he was talking about interactive video.
Now we know it's interactive LIVE video and takes on a whole new world of perspective.

- Potential update on joint marketing and co-selling arrangements that have progressed
- Possibly an end of year update on business opportunities that may come from some of the 17 back-end providers VERB integrated into
