--severe drop of BP,
--neurotoxicity,
--violent seizures ,
It is believe that many of those side effects are because of........
" Cytokine Release Syndrome "
We can see this in about 50% of the patients...it is damage to immune cells.
First T-cells are activated ,they recruiting cytokines, cytokines than recruit more immune cells...
During our last CC ( I think last one ) someone was asking about CAR-T treatment , and DR Patterson came to talk , and in his opinion Leronlimab may help here too..
