PTOI's (stock) patterns in 2019 are for the most part totally different than prior years (since P2O was wrested back in mid August 2013) .. imo
Starting in Jan (29th) a Non Retail entity either bought legitimately and spooked
the crap out of *entrenched* decade plus *manipulator* .. or it was the usual done
by thee embedded Non Retail entity (embedded in PTOI since 2009 when company first began trading) .. NRs' annual run to reset (taking some helium out of the balloon)
i lean towards *legit* buyer based on how *embeds* reported an off the charts hidden trade % for 1.29.19's trades
This *set up* is part of NRs' playbook .. an UPSIDE DOWN NR will always set up
an OTC target .. to both negate impact of any expected news and/or utilize contacts on an as needed basis (done previously against P2O in 2010/2011/2012)
So *facts* are 2019's *volume* has now surpassed .. PTOI's *volume* (YTD) in 2018/2017/2016/2015
*Facts* are .. *volume* maintenance on PTOI (90 day which is the harder of the two to manipulate) was *maintained* from EO Jan 2019 to early Jun 2019
when *volume* went cliff diving
*Fact* .. the two lowest *volume* months in 2019 remain June & July (approx 491k and 445k respectively) .. consider some of the *recent days volume* with 400k per ..
*Fact* .. @ the EO July 2019 .. an 8K was filed by RH .. which to me was *significant* .. it told me that RH was expecting material events to bear fruit in 2020

*Fact* .. programmed algo buying/trading on 11.15.19 had approx 80% ( 1.1M~+ out of 1423292 ) of PTOI's *volume* done in 50 minutes .. oh and *52 week high* was reset to 11c
imo that *effort* by embedded NR was a set up for the usual trolls to bait
*Fact* .. 3 trading days later .. *volume* done in the first 8 minutes after mkt opened would be *approx* what ASCM *reported* to Finra for Nov 2019

what this tells me is that PTOI has 2 NR entities working it .. in 2019
one is a buyer .. one is illegally manipulating (blocking/wash trading/resetting)
the buyer has been intriguing to document .. there is no pattern currently that is discernible beyond *volume* increase
so the ? becomes .. who is buying PTOI *shares* and why are they buying?
the surgical buyer (erratic/sporadic and lightning quick when buying)
imo can't be confused with 10 year plus embedded illegal NR manipulator of PTOI
original embedded NR entity .. thinks nothing of creating volume abusively ..
what is interesting to see is when NR has to change out their *reporting* as we all got to see last month .. and why NR imported MMs' to block/reset and wash trade with
if the surgical buyer is intent upon getting a % of PTOI *shares* by say EO Q1 2020
i would expect PTOI's *volume* to continue .. perhaps not at the pace *set* in November (again record setting .. replacing April 2011's .. set up tho' that PPS went from 80c to 3.00 vs last month's *efforts* and PPS range from 0351 to 11c )
* CANT * say 2019 has been *dull* re: PTOI ..
