$PSGR Check out the Pershing Resources website; there actually is some information. A PRIVATE PLACEMENT! 50 MILLON Shares for $500K! I guess that should make every investor jump for joy! Not too much can happen at a real mine site for $500K...equipment is VERY expensive and labor costs aren't cheap for SKILLED miners. Hmmmmmm…..what will the money be used for?
