Well, that says volumes about how "good" this news

To be honest, I actually feel as being robbed. Compared to what they promised to me, I am receiving 60% less GNBT shares. I was supposed to receive a "double up" of my GNBT shares and an increase of my total GNBT ownership of ~36%, due to the fact that only roughly 50% of the shares would have received the dividend.
Now I will receive a 40% increase in my GNBT share count and another 40% in NGIO shares, which I stil have no clue what kind of value that will represent once it will be traded publicly.
In addition, the PR from yesterday mentioned something about an extra benefit for the US shareholders. Can anybody tell what that is supposed to be? They are hopefully not calling the 20% LESS Shares that I will receive now, assuming that NGIO shares will have at least a similar value than the GNBT shares. So where is the extra benefit they promised to us? Are they seriously thinking that we are not able to notice it?
OK, and please don't give me a speech about how the Nasdaq uplisting is currently more important than the dividend and that that is the best they were able to do for us right now. I understand, but why do they make me suffer for the wrong-doings of the crooks at CMF!?
