I just got the HEMPd variety pack and tried the peach mango and one other. A big thumbs up on the flavor, amount of carbonation, etc. There's a bit too much sweetness for my taste, but I've weaned myself off sugar and a little goes a long way for me. I think it'll really hit the sweet spot (so to speak) with the American consumer.
I look at where we are right now and have to remind myself of all the promising things that have been announced. CBD Life. Eagle Spirit Water. HEMPd and more distribution deals. And I also think we investors are owed an update. People who are familiar with my posts know I'm not the screaming/shouting type. That said, I will say that I view management's silence at this juncture as not just a bad idea; I find it unprofessional. (And that's a big, strong word in my book.) The last communication we had from Michael was about its being a November to remember. Did it turn out that way? Damned if I know. Damned if anyone knows at this point what he was even referring to.
I'm concerned that Michael is over-reacting to how his previous utterances were misconstrued and taken advantage of. What's the status of the CBD Life deal? How about that distribution deal in the Midwest, about which there's been for some time a striking silence? What about that chocolate thingamajiggy? I get that things go on hold; the regulatory environment in the US is tricky and uncertain. Still, I think management owes it to its loyal investors to provide an update on the state of the business.
