Because Joe is never clear on things. They have not explained how they will remedy those sells. How the person that bought the shares without the due bill attached will get compensated (because I don't think Creek will do it. They will probably force someone to sue them and that will cost money.). Today's PR did not explain exactly who is getting the dividend. In past PRs about dividends, they said to the loyal shareholders and not the restricted shareholders. Did that change? Who knows? Too many questions for real buyers to jump in here.
