TD and Schwab on-line has worked 100% all year. No issues ever.
A lot of people have had issues with ET and the call in which in itself has caused confusion and rabbit hole conjecture of why. I'd stay away from ET if you can. Some can't as that is who holds the majority of their shares which is what it is.
