Orlando, the 1:4 NGIO dividend is done and complete. This is a new dividend of 2:5 in GNBT and NGIO, so you will have 3 shares of NGIO for every 1 you already have and then 7 shares of GNBT for every 5 your currently have.

So the original dividend for GNBT was supposed to be 1:1 and now it is 2:5. The original dividend for NGIO was supposed to be 1:4 and now it is 2:5. So there is a bit of an improvement with the NGIO shares but not with the GNBT shares. I guess its a bit of a trade off.
