OJ, Joe stated that revs don't matter ON THE OTC. Big difference - he is saying (as have I) that OTC isn't a level playing field. PPS on OTC trades based on the whims of unseen and unknown players that can manipulate up or down depending on how they are positioned. Potential deals, stock dividends, revenues don't make a big difference IF the players have a position against a company. When their positions change, the pps will change - for the positive or negative.
Its why the NAS listing is so critical to me. At least we'll get a more fair evaluation based on the company's plan/execution. On OTC, we are subject to forces we can't control and even the best of news can be met with a negative pps change if it benefits certain players.
NGIO listing and S1 registration pushes us further down the path to NAS listing. Right now, I think those are more important than revenues from a couple of the newly acquired companies. If there is revenue, it won't hurt, but it probably won't be as much of a catalyst as many hope.
