Because I Have a break and have nothing else to do I decided to type up a short summary of what Univec is about. Everyone can feel free to ad (or subtract). Hope this answers not just T.rex but all the other eyes that are gazing upon us:
I highly recommend reading the stickies (assuming you have not as of yet). In a nutshell:
World renowned Pharmacist CEO Dr David Dalton who has received medals of freedom from both the house and the executive branches of government, a man who was VP at Rite Aid and started several successful companies over the years is on a mission to change the US medical system by taking care of our veterans and helping the indigent.
We have several cannabis meds, the Univec Transdermal Patch that has passed clinical trials with flying colors is already being used at CARF accredited clinics. This patch will help those addicted to opioids overcome their addiction by easing withdrawal symptoms. We will be fighting Asthma and pain with our meds among other things.
Dr Dalton brought former Merck VP John Peoples and Ken Grant was brought in from Johns Hopkins to our big name board. We have subs with hundreds of millions in revs including but not limited to HRI, PPSI, Wellness RX and Wellness Teladoc. We have a grow in Israel through partner and possible subsidiary Euromed (along with 30+ meds in their catalog). We have connections to Merck CEO Ken Frazier and HUD secretary Dr Ben Carson. Dr Dalton is also on the board of directors at the University of Maryland Biopark where he was working closely with Paragon Bio-sciences. They were bought out by Catalent last spring. Catalent happens to be our FDA approved contract manufacturer. We also expect a major JV (some including myself think possible merger) with Rite Aid.
