Generex is raising $40 mil from the otcbb. Was their thought process altered by the financing? In October we were told of a non dilutive loan or line that would be announced in 7-10 days. Now additional shares are to be issued. So 1:1 becomes 2:5 on the Gnbt side. And 2:5 of ngio to try and make up for it. No clue just a thought.
