Not sure how this rewards loyal shareholders and holds responsible parties to task. Yes we now get 2 shares of NGIO and 2 shares GNBT for every 5 GNBT, but that is less than 1:1 like before, unless NGIO becomes worth more than GNBT. But that still doesn’t get rid of the selling of restricted stock that does not have the due bill attached. This PR does not say anything about what share classes get this dividend, so if all classes get it now, then we did not get add’l % of the company at all. We just have more shares in the same %
