A very important post for today!!!
The Current issued is 37,195,846 shares with a restriction of 13,766,929 shares per the T/A's report yesterday, Dec 9, 2019. That puts the float at 23,428,917 shares of which Jimmy Wayne Anderson owns 6,275,534 shares meaning the true float until Feb 20,2020 is 17,153,383 shares. Remember we were reminded that Wayne can not sell another share until that date.
Since the company has started trading they have added 10,289,877 shares in over 2 1/2 years and ALL have been issued to pay off debt that Wayne created for the company. Not one single share has been sold on the open market for the benefit of the company nor the Team running the company. All have been issued to pay down the debt Whacky Wayne negotiated!
Now here is the most staggering numbers. The current float is 23,428,917 shares and we all know by excluding Wayne's shares the actual trading float until Feb 20,2020 is 17,153,383 shares. Since the actual day that GCAN began trading there has been exactly 117,403,784 shares traded up to and including yesterday Dec 9, 2019. Almost 10 X's the actual trading float and we know during most of that time the actual trading float was more like 16 million.
Where are all these shares? Just in the last week we have seen over 1.7 million of those shares bought and that is on a stock with a float of 17.2 million. 10% of the float bought in 1 week with most at prices higher than where we finished yesterday at.
Again, someone knows something the street does not for this amount of shares to be purchased.
The T/A confirmed all the numbers on Dec 9th, 2019 and there has been NO shares added to the issued, the restricted nor the float.
Those are the facts so trade accordingly but for sure as shit, someone is accumulating this stock.
