z_smith, Nader never said that the deal was goi

Nader never said that the deal was going to be done in 6 weeks. That is what we all wished and hoped for. A NBA is not a BA, it takes some work to go from one to the other. Sometimes at the end of the period these are signed, sometimes not.
Also, it might very well be that our partner is waiting for the FDA to receive the BLA before signing (part of the NBA), this is pure especulation from my part. Or, that there are poins that need further degociations. Whatever the case might be, he just said that there was a NBA for 6 weeks.
Let me quote his own words in part of an e-mail he sent me on November 2nd @ 8:17 A.M.:
Quote:
"I have signed a NON-BINDING term sheet that EXPIRES IN 6 WEEKS. Now I can’t say this any other way and I thought the sentence is very clear. I am letting all the shareholders know where we are at all time. I by no means said: we have signed a non-binding term sheet and FOR sure (100%) we will have a deal signed in 6 weeks.
We are working on getting a deal for the next 12 years of leronlimab sales that is exclusive to all the USA for all leronlimab’s indications in HIV. Now this is a big deal and for anyone questioning a few extra weeks to make sure we get the best deal for our shareholders’ is just not reasonable to me (with all due respect to you).
I thought investors would appreciate that we have extended the 6 weeks and are in agreement with the other company and therefore next stage which hopefully is the final stage."
