MSSV only has a O/S of 6.5M maybe a little more. But that's not enough to sell the LAHO insiders 1.5B shares. And especially with little volume.

The only way they get their money is to combine all 3 companies, get the S/S close to that of LAHO and get the merger back on the road.

That is the only way to get the consumer confidence back and the volume and the pps rise will continue.

Looks to me like they had planned on selling the bulk of that 1.5B shares in the .045 to .05 range. There would have been heavy volume in that area. The hype and volume would have carried the pps past that point probably close to the .10 range. They would have had their money and we would have had ours. Then after the pps tanked, they would do a R/S to attract a different type / level of shareholder.

Everyone would have had a nice payday. Even the IRS with all the tax revenue that would have been generated. Everyone except the shorts.

So a couple of MM's called in a favor to the SEC, and the SEC shot us all in the foot. Including the IRS.

Now it looks like Benito and Dave are as stuck as we are.
