I strongly feel it is up to the Mexican Government to either ask of our help or for us to offer help but if they refuse they refuse which tells me all I need or want to know and it had better stop at the border or else. So in short I would not tell but force Mexico to defend the border crossings as I percieve it being done at present.
The damn wall is a wall and call it like it is and is to keep the crap out, both of our political parties have had years and years to secure it and only Trump has stuck his a$$ on the line like so many other thinks he has risked and have gotten $hit done like we wanted.
