Heck no, this company is NOT a scam -- the former CEO is another question.
According to the OTC Markets release , there was very questionable financial management behavior by the past CEO.
Odds are this stock will never be a flipper stock again as it was never more that a pump and trade notes for #FakeNews and #HollywoodLies. The independent audit report pointed out the concerns and uncertainty.
The former CEO still uses his mother as a corporate shill and still hasn't figured out when you make enemies out of shareholders, they generally don't ever stop and spies are everywhere. She must be proud of her son. I wonder if she was part of the original scheme or a hapless victim of her pride and joy.
The Paranotek team is rehabilitating this company so shareholders aren't left hanging. But based on all the notices, they are broke and struggling so I guess it will be a while before volume and interest again.
