MUST READ-intriguing potential for $IGEX merger
I have stated quite a few times now Sinister has a fantastic international product line and it seems quite intriguing that they have decided to go public now. IMO- it would make perfect sense for Sinister Labs to be linking up with Black (who also runs $CNNA- a MJ /CBD conglomerate in northern Cali) - and develop some type of CBD/MJ product to add to the already established product lines for Sinister Labs- making millions in revs annually already.
We already know to expect a press release this week as per $IGEX. Imagine if this material event confirms not just the merger with Sinister Labs - but also suggests increased revenues with a strategic branding move into the billion dollar CBD/MJ nutraceutical food/bev market ? IMO- once we know the net revenues and can confirm the share structure again- with the known industry - one can easily start proper valuations here.
COUPLE THE FACTS THAT THERE HAS BEEN NO DILUTION and that management has actually improved the value of the shell through filings and regulatory actions. The LOWER THE STRUCTURE and higher the NET REVENUES- then the better the stock valuation !!
IMO- This should easily test new HOY- if the aforementioned material events come to fruition. Even higher pps if management figures out a strategy for increasing revenues and product branding. I have a feeling they are well on their way as I believe they already do over $3.5 mil annually in 2018.
