yes this is real difficult to to understand. i hope that lans will honor there word. however i do not believe they will. for one reason i believe that all the so called, friends, family, associates, and every person involved with B.N and D.C that owned shares... where warned to sell the stock with the profits just before the suspension and that is why the stock sky rocketed at the very end JUST BEFORE the suspension. so none of his people got financially HURT. now if the S.E.C looks into the trades made from his family, friends, associates, that have CLOSE TIES with them. all of them selling their shares at the same approx time. they could have a real S.E.C. PROBLEM if some body wants to hurt them. imo.
