The reality is the Company has to fund themselves any way they can.
I know this may have been a news flash, but all product companies operate this way. As companies mature the number of funding sources increases. Calling the company a DOG is another put down of the company, when you are really talking about the stock price. That is a penny stock trader's thought set where the only thing that matters is the stock price, and.... perhaps news releases. A consultant to the entire industry would never make such a statement.
