The CMF fund fiasco will forever remain a closed case....from the way Joe was talking in the conference call...it seemed like he is got nothing he can do about it....he even reached out to CMF and they admitted their wrong and were preparing to cover the due bill sales, if and only if necessary....Generex can not and will not go after them....one thing they are a fund that is invested in the stock that is GNBT....you go after them and you are going after your own flesh and bone....correct me if i am wrong on this....
