He doesn't have to catch up on filings before he release any news .
He could release news first saying they will get current on their filings amongst other hopefuls.
But they need to catch up on filings before they get delisted and to get the stop sign removed from the OTC . They dont have to be audited filings any more (that was an otc qb requirement) they could just be filings that an acct writes up and doesnt certify.
The filings would be a great sign that he intends to keep the shop open and the dream alive ...
...and the SP could,should increase off that as the IHUB losers love to see that and they tend swarm, show up and pump for a few days off that revived filing news. (I have seen it where a company is dormant for a couple years and they start getting current on the filings with no news released and the stock goes up 1000%++ in a day or two.)
then of course we need actual news and sales to sustain any temporary filings pump.. that is the most important thing.
If I were GC and he had monster news coming(which I highly doubt) then there is a way to really maximize the impact:
First.. start getting current and after a couple days -release a small PR that they are getting current and they will have big news ahead.
that will get the the cesspool from IHUB in motion and all of a sudden you will see 500 posts from out of no where and the SP should increase some.
Then when the Momentum starts wearing off slowly, release the HUGE PR.
this will maximize the impact and have the pumpers and bashers going off their rocker.
last step is to follow through and show continued proof of the sales on the big PR. That would start a good sustained upward trend.
Now of course this is all in a perfect ,make believe world like OZ or something but that is our only hope.. GC is now Obi Won.
If he releases a BIG PR and doesnt get current then it will be a wasted effort. so getting current is step one right now.
