...i think some of us are thinking small still....pantheon and medisource were some the 'pieces'', that were put together to make the'whole''.....the s1 is the 'resources'' needed to make it work....
so any small or big revenue by 'screws'' and ''other orthopedic'' supplies will be dwarfed by the big picture....
