....i don't see where you guys have a problem with the math....if he gives dividends to all the companies and individuals that waives, the total outstanding will pop to 90 million....so this has nothing to do with the financing and subsequent increase of OS later....
i have to mention that he said he is discussing the possibility of giving shares to those who waived, he did not say he is doing as of right now.....but he thinks its the fair thing to do and is the moral thing to do.....he also said that he may allow the others who waived to sell half of their positions so all that waived will be on even keel.....that's only conjecture at this time...
