I too am waiting to receive the dividend, but NOT

If Joe pays the divi now, that prolongs that process because the pps gets cut in half and potentially, the share count goes from 43 to 86 to 90 million shares. Get the going concern label lifted (S1), strengthen the balance sheet (NGIO spin out), get the pps to $2 for 5 days, and get listed on NAS. Let the dust settle a bit to see which way the pps goes (I think it goes up with all the potential pieces now having S1 funding) and THEN issue the dividend. Hopefully by then, the whole CMF fiasco is resolved (or a lawsuit has been filed) and the other restricted shareholders have confirmed they are willing to live by their agreements. If all that happens, I think we have no worries. And I think that can be accomplished within 3 to 6 months, so we're not talking 2023 or anything like that.
But I don't think that can happen by the end of the week or even the first of the year. I don't know anyone's background here, but mine was in a corporate department that did these types of deals between major companies. And NOTHING ever happened as fast as planned (or desired), and there were ALWAYS flies that ended up in the ointment. So I would just suggest everybody here that is calling for this whole enterprise to get going needs to take a deep breath and back up a bit. Just my opinion - everyone else's mileage will vary.
