No retail orders were filled while it was locked up. It was a while ago so I don't remember exactly what happened to the orders other traders had in. I'm pretty sure they were canceled automatically by the system as soon as the ticker symbol changed to a numeric code.
If you're ambitious you can look for it on the liehub ELTZ board and see exactly what was discussed while it was halted.
