Astra Veda Corporation, formerly known as WorldFlix, Inc. (OTC PINK: WRFX), is providing an update to theunauthorized access incident with its legacy Facebook page that was allegedly compromised by or under the direction of the former company CEO, Mr. Bradley Martin Listermann.
It is uncertain if the page has been unpublished or deleted by the perpetrator(s). It still remains unverified who possesses control or removed the authorized administrators. The Company does not have access control of the page currently and will seek criminal charges and file a civil action against all involved.
As an extended reminder to shareholders, the WRFX social media presence was entirely suspended 28 April 2019 and official updates will ONLY be delivered by way of OTC Markets until social media policies and procedures are codified by legal and suitable governance.
The Facebook Team received our report of alleged infringements or violations of the companys legal rights, such as copyright or trademark and a case number has been assigned. A Law Enforcement Response Team case number has also been issued regarding the matter.
A criminal complaint report was file with the Federal Bureau of Investigation Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)ay 0949 MST on 02 DEC 2019
The Company looks forward to eliminating past deficits and distractions with ardent accountability of the past and transforming the Company to meet its true and authentic potential. As always, the Company will update shareholders as the issues and facts warrant.
