On the Conference Call, Joe asked for shareholder

Well, here are a few of mine. Some may be unrealistic, maybe not.
1). Until this ship is like a well run Cruise ship with all hands on board and no food poisioning, but everyone is having a blast, I would recommend having a Conference Call at least once a month, maybe even more frequently to provide updates / allow questions. Joe does not need to lead all of them. It could be someone else from the Management Team, but get a solid relationship with the shareholders and get that confidence back with everyone.
2). Don't lose sight of the Dividend. That was a huge incentive for so many shareholders. I just cannot stress that enough. Many bought additional shares based on the Dividend. Saying that Generex was postponing the Dividend after 2 delays and after the CMF mess has and will hurt shareholder confidence.
3). NGIO Listing. This needs to happen soon. From my understanding based on previous announcements, I was under the impression it was supposed to happen at the end of November, the beginning of December. We are now at December 4th. Again, the further this gets pushed out, confidence in Generex gets eroded.
4). The S1 will give an intial 40 million dollars that will help Generex over the next 3 years from my understanding. The ability is to get up to 70 million dollars. There needs to be a plan that is detailed and shared with the shareholders how all of this money is going to be used. Where all of it is going, not just a restricted offering. As shareholders, we have a right to know as it impacts us.
5). Finally, as others have said. It is all in the details. Information is distributed on when things are going to be done, then the date comes and they are not done. This tends to happen again and again. Dates need to be met. It is understandable if a date sometimes gets extended. However, this is happening to frequently. Dates are being assigned and they are being missed time and time again. There needs to be a committment to meet these dates and to stick with those dates. To not do so, again erodes confidence in Generex.
I am hoping that this is taken as constructive and not negative in anyway. I want Generex to succeed in all that the company does. If Generex succeeds, we all succeed.
