I believe that it would be incredibly tone-deaf for CYDY to hold another investor call without a meaningful update on the BLA (i.e., it's complete and submitted - or at minimum the clinical portion!) OR "the deal" (i.e., it's signed).
At this point, given the SP and the level of shareholder unrest, it should be abundantly clear to CYDY management that the same old song and dance won't cut it to pacify the troops, and, if I were in charge, I would think silence is preferable until you could speak the news everyone is dying to hear.
That said, I won't be shocked if there is another call without any meaningful updates, but I will be extremely disappointed.
